职位描述及要求：
Key Responsibilities主要职责：
- To responsible for the improvement and maintenance of production facilities.
- Make out the maintenance budget and control them within the budget.
- To coordinate with the developer/partner and related departments to solve the operation issues.
- To oversees production equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
- To perform a variety of engineering work in the planning and design of tools machines and other mechanically functioning equipment.
- To implement Corporate global policy and requirement on facility / equipment.
- To set up smooth maintenance process and structure; Determines proper staffing and skill levels and develop subordinates to meet a high performance; Ensure enough communication and team work.
Qualification/Competency Requirement资质/能力要求：
-Bachelor or above; Majoring electric or mechanical engineering
-At least 5 years experience in maintenance and facility management
-Experienced in TPM, Lean or 6 Sigma
-Have experience in fixture making
-Hand-on computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
-Good communication and independence ability
-Ability to communicate in English
-Preferably 2 years experience in printing
-Good command of the skill in: Analyze Problems/Issues; Delegate and Monitor; Drive for Results; inspire Trust; Promote Collaboration
