职位描述及要求：
Qualifications: PhD or MS degree in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent with 5~10 years industrial experience in small molecule pharmaceutical analysis - all aspects of drug substance or drug product analysis and characterization in GMP-compliant analytical laboratories, preferably in QC laboratories.
Responsibilities: The incumbent is responsible for leading the QC department activities within SynTheAll Pharmaceuticals Inc. (STA), a wholly owned subsidiary of WuXi PharmaTech that interacts with other functions such as Production and Quality Assurance within STA and Analytical Development and Process R&D in the R&D center. The candidate should have extensive technical/regulatory expertise and experience in all aspects of quality control of API or advanced intermediates (e.g. analytical method and specs development for API or/and formulated products, PAT technology, ICH guidelines and GMP compliance) appropriate for the level of decision making the job requires.
