职位描述及要求：
Responsibility:
1. Manage CAPEX and fix asset management policy
2. Validate the CAPEX request of each department
3. Control CAPEX actual payment according to CAPEX budget
4. Validate the fix assets disposal, scrap and depletion
5. Make recommendations on CAPEX saving
6. Track the fix assets utilization
7. Analyze the business value chain and drive improvement opportunities
8. Manage the high value equipments and laboratory lay out
Qualification:
1. Solid skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
2. Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
3. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
4. Able to work independently under pressure, strong ability to handler multi tasks
5. Can-do attitude, fast learner
6. 2 years or above working experience as an industry engineer or CAPEX analyst
7. Chemistry, Biology industry knowledge or experience is a plus
8. Master degree in Finance, Industry Engineering or Management Science, MBA preferred
9. Knowledge on project evaluation and ROI analysis
