职位描述及要求：
1.Track the designated groups of projects, and knows overall project milestones clearly. Work with BU to have good communication, and attend key project conferences to track business related work.
2.Follow with director and BU on the potential customer.
3.Handle projects properly at different milestones (request phase, quote phase, project pending phase, approval phase, after-project phase)
4.Focus on all customer requests and support BU members to handle. And Able to judge the request priority and follow appropriately (daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly depending on priority)
5.Coordinate with supporting departments to meet with customer satisfaction.
6.Arrange the record to meet company standard.
7.Work with legal dept. to follow with contracts, agreements, CDA. Ensure BU and other supporting dept. gets all necessary information.
8.Arrange the data according to financial standard (ERP data, sales report data part), and responsible BU pipeline summary.
*Qualification:
1. Bachelor or above, majoring chemistry or biology (master or above preferred).
2. More than 2 years of working experience. Managing experience required.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
4. Sound commercial awareness and good negotiating skills, customer service work experience is perferred.
5. Commitment and focus to the customer, excellent interpersonal / communication skills.
6. Analytical and problem solving ability.
