职位描述及要求：
Main Responsibility:
1.Works with Global Business Units to identify wafer sourcing opportunities and develop the regional/International sourcing strategy. Participate in the development of global sourcing strategy, inc. cost saving;
2.Leads poly silicon and wafer supplier identification, assessment, and approval process. Monitors supplier performance and manages supplier relationships;
3.Conducts supply base analysis and benchmarking;
4.Manage the RFQ process and communicates requirements (Technical, Quality, Packaging, Logistics, Financial, etc.) with potential suppliers;
5.Conducts TAC (Total Acquisition Cost) analysis and leads the commercial negotiation with potential suppliers;
6.Identify best sourcing practices and communicate to the team. Day-to-day interaction with suppliers to monitor delivery, quality and overall supplier performance;
7.Performs risk assessment of current and new suppliers;
8.Frequently communicates with Global Business Unit to ensure the common processes are in place and desired results are delivered

Basic Requirement:
1.Major in semiconductor, chemical or physics;
2.Good insight into the Poly silicon and wafer supply base in worldwide is a big plus;
3.Have experience in contract negotiation, demonstrate contract negotiation skill and communication with International supplier independently;
4.Bachelor degree desirable, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Manufacturing background;
5.About 3-5 years supply management and global sourcing hands on experience in multinational manufacturing organizations;
6.Good understanding of cost management;
7.Good written and oral skills in English;
8.Good teamwork skills; Open-minded, self-motivated and result-driven.
9.Ability to develop sourcing/purchasing management/team/structure;
10.Knowledge of global sourcing, international trading, manufacturing and engineering design is preferred;
