职位描述及要求：
任职要求： 1.Knowlege of ISO9001/2000 and ISO 13485/2003.
2.knowlege of manufacturing and capabilities as well as capacities.
3.Knowledge of validation,sterilization,and specifications,etc.
4.Understand of customer's needs.
5.Must be a team player and self-motivated with commitment.

职位职责： 1.Maintain the customer relationships and provide satisfaction service.
2.Provide feedback to the top managers for any difficulties or bottle necks to fulfill the customer's needs.
3.Updata project plan/activites,and keep team members be informed of project progress.
4.Monitor customer's ordes and shipping schedule,both raw materials and finished goods,according to customer's forecast to enhance product delivery.
5.Track product development effort and provide feedback of status.
6.Support RFQ by studying samples/cost analysis and prepare the draft of quotations for manager's decision.
7.Obtain and maintain management approval of design,test,and approaches per supervior's instruction.
8.Obtain and maintain approval of new product codes and ensure in our system.
9.Coordinate with Supply Chain Management based on Customer's requirements.
10.Coordinate with QA on a time line basis for specifications and any others related to QA per customer's requirements,such as design files,510k application process,validation process,Certificate of Conformity,test run,complaints,etc.
11.Coordinate with Accounting and shipping Department regarding the invoice,shipping documents,and shipping instructions,etc.
12.Coordinate with Customer Service/warehouse regarding the invoice,shipping documents,and shipping instructions,etc.
13.Review and maintain BOM,yield rate records,and wastes.
14.All assigned tasks by direct or indirect supervisors.
