职位描述及要求：
职责：
1.timely execution of materials requisition plan (mrp), to assure the materials requirements is met.
执行mrp计划。
2.maintain data integrity for all relevant system parameters and purchasing information, e.g. price, order quantity, lead time etc.
维护完整、正确的系统数据，例如价格，交期。
3.contribute to the timely and effective resolution of issues (e.g. parts supply and allocation, expedition of orders, etc) that may impact company’s ability to meet its business objectives.
提供及时有效的解决方案（例如物料分配，定单的督促等）满足公司的经营目标。
4.proactively support the new product introductions, ensuring all material is procured on time to meet the training, pre-production and launch needs.
支持新产品转移，保证物料计划满足产品更新换代的需要。
5.proactively support and implement the purchasing strategies and procurement/sourcing initiatives, e.g. localization, vmi or kanban
积极支持及执行采购策略，例如vmi 及kanban。
6.actively implements all relevant purchasing policies and procedures.
积极参与采购的政策及流程的制定。
7.implement the inventory-holding policies as defined by the supply chain function
积极执行全球存货策略。
8.to develop and manage supplier relationships to continuously improve the level of service to our customers.
发展及维护良好的客户关系。
9.to take part in contract negotiations with suppliers and on-going management of those contracts.
参加合同谈判。
10.be proactive and results driven in managing and implementing purchasing activities and cost
reduction programs.
积极推动、管理及执行采购及成本降低政策。
11.implement and monitor key performance indicators, measuring results and achievements (e.g. cost,
inventory, delivery performance), ensuring effective communication of the same.
执行及监督kpi，并保证有效的沟通。
12.manage the vendor assessment process ensuring that suppliers are committed to assisting the company in the
achievement of its goals.
管理供应商确保供应商的表现符合公司的要求。
