mission:
work closely with designers/purchasers in headquarters in france to
·source, select and manage suppliers.
·negotiate and control the cost.
·help suppliers to make continuous improvement.
·control quality in 4 steps: sample / industrial sample / head & mass production.
·realize with the designer/purchaser the sample for industrialization
·develop new models and propose designs
profile:
·you have more than 2 years experiences in footwear industry for development or technical.
·you know footwear qc system and are able to check qualities for finished products and qualification of supplier.
·you are able to check paper pattern and development details.
·knowledge on manufacturing is highly appreciated.
·good negotiation and communication skills.
·work autonomy and under pressure, like to face new challenge.
·bachelor degree or above, fluent in both written and spoken english, french will be a plus.
·sports enthusiast.
