职位描述及要求：
岗位职责：
1、负责集团各类工作需要的语言文字之间的互译工作，外事活动的组织接待工作。
2、担任并协调蒙古语笔译、口译工作。
3、完成上级主管分配的其它的工作任务。
Responsibility:
1、Be responsible for the translation work related with all kinds of tasks of
organization, and reception work of foreign affairs.
2、Holds the post of and coordinate Mongolian written translation work and the
interpretation work.
3、Completes other working tasks assigned by superior manager.
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，三年以上相关工作经验，年龄35岁以下；
2、熟练的中、蒙古语翻译技巧和蒙古语运用能力，精通蒙古语听、说、读、写；
3、通过有效的沟通，了解客户需求和内部客户要求，提供客户满意度的能力；
4、通过各种渠道快速的收集到所需要的信息，有针对性地进行信息筛选并汇报给直属上级；
5、较强的语言表达能力和文字组织能力。
Requirement:
1、Education background: above bachelor degree, relevant work experience above 3 years, under 35 years old;
2、Expert Chinese and Mongolian translation skill and Mongolian utilization ability, skillful Mongolian listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability.
3、Understand the clients’ demands and internal request, satisfy the clients through effective communication;
4、Quickly collect the needed information via all kinds of channels, and pointedly filter the information then report to the direct superior
5、Great language expression ability and writing organization ability.
