职位描述及要求：
1、财会专业本科以上学历，硕士学历优先，英文6级；
2、8年左右财务管理工作经验，熟悉财务分析，财务预算，财务报表，有在跨国制造业工作经验者优先；
3、熟练电脑操作，财务软件，熟悉ERP系统；
4、良好的人际关系及沟通技巧；
5、良好的分析能力及上进心。
Job Description:
Report to Chief Financial Officer
To be responsible of monthly cost & management analysis, forecast & budgeting and internal control
Preparation of relevant analysis to aid management in understanding the financial performance, highlight areas that will help to improve operating efficiency
To analyze the manufacturing cost with the objective to enhance cost efficiency
To review product costing system to evaluate the job order profitability
Prepares ad hoc financial analysis for new investment projects and capital expenditure
Review and develop effective financial & accounting systems to improve the control procedures
Requirements:
University graduate, with professional accounting / finance post-graduated qualification;
At least 5 - 8 years' experience in finance and accounting positions with strong exposure to management accounting, financial analysis, budgeting & financial reporting; and preferably in MNC manufacturing environment;
Sophisticated skills in MS Office such as Excel, Access and Powerpoint and with good knowledge in ERP system
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical mind with ambition to succeed
Excellent command of spoken and written English
