职位描述及要求：
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree.

7 years work experiences in production management with multi-national companies.

Strong leadership.

Fluent and written and spoken English.

Experiences with Logistics or terminal companies will be an advantage.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Head and be overall responsible for Container Services- Dry & Reefer box repair services.

Optimize return on capital invested and return on equity and long-term growth of Container Services.

Assist to develop strategies for the direction and administration of Container Services business activities including production and reefer management, materials management, tool engineering, cost estimation, product engineering, manpower control and technical services to meet the objectives of the company based on corporate and department goals and policies.

Develop and execute business plans and department objectives in line with the strategies.

Translate and cascade department objectives into individual KPI in his team.

Day to day management of Production and Reefer of Container Services including production, human resources, commercial and budget compliance/performance.

There is 3 vacancies, 1 responsible for Yantian Container Services, 1 for Shekou Container Services and 1 for West Pearl River Delta.
