1、任职资格
（1）5年以上外贸工作经验，3年以上销售管理经验，英语6级以上，听、说、写流利，能与海外客户直接沟通。
（2）大学本科以上，熟悉DVD、GPS、耳机电子行业

（3）对市场开拓和维护有相关知识，熟悉国外市场
（4）有责任心和积极性，具有与公司共发展共成长的品质
（5）爱岗敬业，良好的职业的道德、团队意识和协调能力
2、工作职责
（1）制定销售计划，带领团队开拓国际市场
（2）制定切实可行的考核方案，为业务人员提供指导及解决困难，提高业务 人员销售技巧和能力
（3）维系和稳定现有客户并开发新客户
（4）实施销售计划
（5）销售团队的管理及人员的合理配置，公司网站的建设及维护
（6）密切同公司内部其他部门之间的关系
