2、个人综合素质高，具备较为丰富的化工专业知识，熟悉贸易进出口业务的操作流程及相关法律法规，领悟能力、沟通能力、应变能力和学习能力强，拥有正确的价值观、积极的工作心态和创新的思维，并能吃苦耐劳，勇于接受挑战；

3、英语听说读写能力强（四级以上），实际应用水平好，电脑操作熟练；

4、28岁以下，特别优秀人员条件可适当放宽。
