职位描述及要求：
负责生产设备的安装、维修、保养。
In charge of machines installation, repairing and pre-maintenance.

主要职责：
1、负责新生产设备的安装、调试直至正常运行
In charge of the new equipments installation, trying running to normal working condition.
2、负责生产设备、生产工装、测试设备、及水、电、气等公共设施的安全、维护保养和应急维修。
Responsible for safety, pre-maintenance and repairing actions for all equipments, such as production machines, tooling, test instruments, facilities of water electric power and compressed air, etc..
3、对生产线员工进行有效的设备安全、操作、维护保养、应急处置等培训。
Training workers in Safety, operating, regular maintenance, emergency actions, etc.
4、积极开展TPM。并配合进行精益生产。
Implementing the TPM effectively. Totally support lean production system.
要求：
1、机电大专或大专以上学历
Collegial or above in mechanic or electrician.
2、三年以上设备维修经验。 具有化纤纺丝设备维修经验者优先。
Over 3 years’ experience of machine maintenance. People have experience at chemical-fiber industrial is preference.
3、良好的分析解决实际问题的能力。快速响应的工作风格。
Problems analysis and solving ability. Quick response working style.
4、具有操作个人电脑的基本技能及基本的英语阅读能力
PC skill and basic English skills
5、较好的表达能力足以对生产工人进行培训
Training and oral explain skill.
