GENERAL MISSION
The IT ADMINISTRATOR is responsible for follow up issues and solve problems of IT system. With the help of IT manager with whom he is working, the IT administrator is in charge of:
-Ensure the request of IT Assets (hardware purchasing/updating/replacing/repairing) can be fulfilled under the IT management policy.
-Ensure the network, server, video conference and phone lines of company running smoothly.
-Ensure the company’s personnel computer environments are supported on-time.
-Ensure the IT environment is supportive for new projects.
FUNCTIONS
He ensures the request of IT Asserts (hardware purchasing/updating/replacing/repairing) can be fulfilled under the IT management policy
-Gets request of hardware purchasing/updating/replacing/repairing from final user.
-Checks status of the requested device and advices the solution.
-Reports to IT manager the checking result.
-Places and follow hardware PO to Auchan China head office in case of buying new device.
-Ensure the device installed or repaired by Auchan China head office or outsourced company properly.
-Manage and follow the hardware list.
-Manage the software applications and licenses.
He ensures the network, server, video conference and phone line of company running smoothly
-Check status of network randomly, organize resources to solve problem and propose the device changing plan in case of problem.
-Check and track usage/healthy status of server periodically, solve problem and propose device changing plan in case of problem.
-Ensure and check the IT management policy is followed by all AIE China employees.
-Propose the company IT environment solution to IT manager.
-Assist to deploy layout/office moving project in order to ensure IT environment running properly.
He ensures the company’s personnel computer environments are supported on-time
-Help to solve software usage problem.
-Act as help desk answering IT maintenance issues from AIE China employees.
-Act as IT controller to stop improper action on personnel computer of company.
-Initialize new personnel computer.
He ensures the IT environment is supportive for new projects.
-Get new project’s IT environment survey request from IT manager.
-Advice on gap of IT environment for new project
-Help to build IT environment’s plan following new projects’ IT plan.
-Help to deploy IT environment’s plan following new projects’ IT plan.
All the activities should be on the basis of Auchan Ethic Rules
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL
1.Satisfaction ratio of final users on problem solving.
2.Satisfaction ratio of final users on question answering.
3.Down ratio of IT environment.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
Knowledge:
Knowledge of Oracle database administration
Advanced level on window XP/2000 and window server 2003/2000.
Knowledge of IT help desk.
Knowledge of network architecture and devices.
Knowledge of server architecture and devices.
Familiar with phone system & polycom video conference.
Fluent English both in spoken & written
