职位描述及要求:
GENERAL MISSION
Leading the quality department, the Quality Manager implements AIE quality strategy, sets the guidelines and implements processes to continually improve the quality performance of suppliers, quality inspection companies, etc in China. The Quality Manager is in charge of:
-Manage and improve quality process in AIE China in line with French Quality Department
-Coordinate and communicate with others department, clients and suppliers
-Manage his team, that is to say ensure recruitment, training and appraisal for these people
FUNCTIONS
He manages and improves quality process in AIE China in line with French Quality Department
-Responsible for managing the team of Product Engineers and ensure effective and on-time performance of CGA/CAP (and Quality Coordinators)
-Support Product Managers and Buyers in the selection of suppliers and factories
-Monitors the performance of testing laboratories and inspection companies, sets and controls Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI)
-Assure supplier/factory quality, develop supplier rating with vendor Scorecard and best practice-sharing programs
-Analyze pre-production, pre-shipment, lab test and inspection results, recommend improvement actions and minimize cost of poor quality and cost of quality control
-Be aware of standards, norms and regulation compliance
He coordinates and communicates with others department, clients and suppliers
-Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal departments to resolve quality issues and interface across all levels of the organization on a global basis and maintain a good working relationship with all of them
-Train vendors in AIE quality procedures and assist them in improving design, materials/components procurement, etc.
He manages his team, that is to say ensure recruitment, training and appraisal for these people
-Manage the internal quality assurance team, advise and/or assist them if necessary
-Ensure the good relationships of his/her team with others departments and the working efficiency of his/her department
-Define the individual performance objectives of his/her team in agreement with the Operations Director
-Have the responsibility of recruiting, training, coaching, problems solving and evaluating his/her team
All the activities should be on the basis of Auchan Ethic Rules
DIRECT MANAGER: Operations Director or Managing Director
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
Knowledge:
Degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Strong technical skills and QA experience to cope with a large product mix and good experience in supplier quality management
Knowledge of international trade
Knowledge of management techniques
Knowledge of computer tools
Fluent English both in spoken & written
