HR TRAINING SPECIALIST
培训专员（Ref: ATC-HR-TRAINING）
GENERAL MISSION
The HR Training Specialist contributes to assistance the implement of company training programme and organize relative training process.
REPORTING TO: HR Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Detect Training needs in line with Company Target
Coordinate with each functional department to obtain training request, after training evaluation and debriefing
Work on annual training plan, training budget and make sure it is delivered in appropriate
Conduct the company internal/ external training course, and take necessary development actions;
Works with outside provider to develop, deliver, and maintain training programs
As internal trainer to provide associated training programmes
Other related HR responsibilities designated by HR Manager
REQUIREMENTS
University degree or above, minimum 3 years of training experience, preferably in Retail or Trading industry; multinational company working experience is preferred;
Effective communication skills and leadership skills.
Service-oriented with good human relation skills and strong planning ability.
High sense of responsibility, hard -working, positive, flexible & open-minded
Good attention on management skills to handle & solve problems or difficulties
Good presentation skills and interpersonal skill;
Fluent English both in spoken & written, French speaking is a plus
Familiar with MS office operations, such as Excel, Word, Access and Powerpoint, etc
