Sourcing Manager, North & South East Asia, 纺织染料及原料采购经理（东南亚及北亚区）
Our client is a leading company dedicated to producing high-value effects for our customers’ products. Their specialty chemicals, added in small quantities, enhance the performance, look and feel of the final product. They brings new and creative thought to the processes and products of their customers in more than 120 countries.
Responsibilities:
- Source for dyestuff and raw materials in Asia and ensure that Asia sites is the best-buying in raw materials;
- Implement the regional purchasing strategies;
- Select the dyestuff, raw materials and suppliers up to company specification and with the technical quality and performance up to company's requirement;
- Monitor and improve suppliers performance (technical) by liaison with suppliers frequently;
- Participate and responsible for supplier audit (technical part);
- Input of suppliers performance evaluation;
- Responsible for supply market intelligence in North &South East Asia dyestuff and raw materials market;
- Monitor and analyze the price trend and technology development trend of dyestuff and related intermediates in Asia.
Requirements:
- Bachelor orabove degree, major in Chemistry or Textile;
- Over 10-year experience in China textile industry, purchasing experience will be preferable;
- Strong technical knowledge of dyestuff chemistry in production orapplication;
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills;
- Goodcommunicationskills both in written and verbal English.
