职位描述及要求：
Job Objective:
Plans, organizes and controls strategic activities of the whole project surrounding the acquisition of materials in China for US and European market.
Participates in global sales & supply teams as it works to implement Supply Chain Management and International Marketing strategy to achieve newest industrial information, lowest total costs, effective asset management, continuous quality improvement, on time delivery, and cycle time performance improvement and early supplier involvement in product development.
Negotiate with sourced suppliers to sign long term agreement and service level agreement and responsible for the whole implementation process based on projects management.
Qualification and Experience
1. Bachelor Degree or higher with Mechanical or Technical education backround.
2. At least 3 years OEM Project Management related work experience in Foreign Invested Company or Manufactory
3. Fluent in the Mandarin and English Language both spoken & written.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Well knowledge about QA system and familiar with quality tools application in manufacturing process such as SPC, CPK, FMEA, APQP, PPAP etc.
Six Sigma certification is preferred
6. Good communication skills among foreign and domestice Marketing &Technical managers, function departments and suppliers
7. Demonstrated skills in team building or development, leadership and negotiations on engaged projects
8. Good at setting up and maintaining harmonious yet healthy relationships with suppliers
9. Works well under pressure, able to prioritize workload and Demonstrated problems-solving skills with results-oriented
10. Proactive and team-working attitude, Resourceful and Open minded, Accountable and Committed Values
11. Ability and willingness to business travel including overnight trips as required
