职位描述及要求：
BASIC FUNCTION:
Support category marketing team to generate visual merchandising proposal for show space and retail outlet, so to ensure seamless execution of product promotion and display coherence.
KEY FUNCTION:
1. To plan and develop visual merchandising strategies from concept development, liaise with marketing communication and operation team closely to execute production independently;
2. Work closely with marketing communication team and contractors in in-store display and decoration;
3. Support ad hoc promotional VM display as well as event visual set up;
4. Provision of guidelines to ensure the visual display at stores are cope with brand image.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Design institute or university graduate in visual merchandising or related discipline;
2. A minimum of three years experience in field of in-store display and decoration, production materials, mockup-making and mix-and-match outfit;
3. Strong display drawing or graphic design skills. Creative and strong in color sense;
4. Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, freehand, Auto-cad and 3D-rendering techniques of PC/Mac;
5. Interior design or fashion savvy;
6. Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese;
7. Ability to handle multiple projects in a parallel manner;
8. Well organized in information, resources and time;
9. Good analytical and presentation skills;
10. Superior people skills;
11. Occasional Travel Required.
