职位描述及要求：
Providing sales support in terms of order tracking, shipments tracking and make sales analysis report required by management team.
Develop and lead customer satisfaction initiatives that will ensure increased customer focus and customer retention.
1.Order tracking.
2.Manage all filing systems including order files, sign off forms for other member's easy checking.
3.Prepare and monitoring payments to supplier.
4.Prepare and print sign off forms for purchase team at daily base.
5.Maintain different databases for potential clients and existing clients
6.Assistant sales team to prepare quotation
7.Prepare sales analysis report requested by management team
8.Work collaboratively with sales team, project managers to find delivery and service solutions.
9.Identify opportunities for additional servicing - fabric steam cleaning and inventory checks and service packages that will provide after sales service to customers.
Requirements:
At least five years experience in furniture industry.
Familiar with order management.
Good communication skill.
