Responsibilities:
Communicating with various customers to meet their requirements
Coordinating with both domestic and overseas colleagues for all assigned works
Keying in billing and document data into computer
Making various reports based on service commitment
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of working Experience in similar position of Air Forwarding companies, being familiar with air import procedures, Customs requirement, etc.
Detail oriented, being able to work under pressure and meet deadline
Good computer skill
Good command of English, both oral and written, CET-4 or above
