It is the first foreign-based company in China that serves as the energy resource reserve for Chinese government. It proves to be a large scale enterprise with foreign investment in the petroleum industry of China.
The grand project of Aroma (China) Petroleum Reserve Co., Ltd (ACPRC) is located at the Economic Development Zone of Yangkou Port, Nantong, Jiangsu Province with a total investment of $185.31 million and ground construction area of 2.24 square kilometers. The whole project comprising of an oil reservoir area for oil reserve, systematic pipeline network and a modernized oil & gas wharf has been approved by the State Administration of Industry & Commerce and ready to start-up for the first stage construction.
