Job description:

Assist CFO in overseas fund raising execution;

Coordinate with external professional parties on fund raising execution;

Perform periodical benchmarking analysis on the company's peer group's key financial and operating metric;

Build up and update financial projection;

Coordinate with internal LOBs (sales, procurement, marketing, operations, production, etc) in providing financial and operating analysis to the senior management timely;

Prepare periodical (monthly, quarterly & annual) operation and financial results review presentation to the senior management which would include variance analysis and the key reasons for the variances;

and Other professional support that CFO requires Work experience and caliber requirement: Highly fluent in English; In particular, strong business English reading and writing skills;

Able to read comprehensive research notes on solar industry and ET Solar's peers and grasp key points quickly;

Strong analytical and modelling skills;

Proficient with generally accepted accounting principles; Able to work under pressure and overtime to meet deliverable deadlines; and Good inter-personal and networking skills;

A minimum of 4 years working experience in relevant positions, preferrably with multinational accounting firms (e.g. Big Four), corporate finance department of multinational corporates and investment banking
