职位描述及要求：
Relationship:
Reporting to: IT Manager
General Description:
Responsible for the installation and operation of computer networks and office automation systems within the company.
Key Accountabilities:
-Provide technical support such as trouble shooting, hardware repairing, software updating and virus cleaning to end-users.
-Coordinate the installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
-Maintain Network and AVAYA Tele-system.
-Responsible for data backup and restore.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related major.
-Minimum 2 years of hands-on working experience in Microsoft IT systems.
-Good command of Windows 2000/2003 based configuration and administration.
-Experience with Active Directory, DHCP, SSL, TCP/IP, VPN and DNS.
-Experience with Cisco Firewall, Switch and Routers.
-CCNA and Microsoft related certification in recent years is preferred.
-Knowledge of SQL Server is preferred.
-Fluent in written and spoken English, min. CET6 or equivalent.
-Good teamwork.
-Good communication skills.
