职位描述及要求：
Responsibilities
- Maintains and improves the quality assurance system;
- Guarantees the quality of incoming materials.
- Guarantees the quality of production on site
- Assists in the implementation and monitoring of advanced quality planning with selected future product suppliers.
- Reviews and performs SPC;APQP;PPAP;Control Plan or other quality tool for production preparation.
- Cooperates with other departments for quality improvement.
- Major role in launching TS16949
Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in part measurement.
- Demonstrated thorough knowledge of geometric design and tolerance and gage design and function.
- Demonstrated thorough knowledge of probability, statistical quality control, and design of experiments.
- Demonstrated thorough knowledge of manufacturing and assembly plant process, procedures, facilities, and equipment.
- Knowledge of corporate and division supplier quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to investigate quality problems and to apply sound technical judgment to develop possible solutions.
- Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in automotive, mechanical or industry engineering.
- At least three years experiences in quality engineering and one year manufacturing engineering.
- Quality systems experiences (QS9000, TS16949 etc).
- Excellent written & spoken English language skills, minimum CET 4 or equivalent.
