职位描述及要求：
机械工程相关专业，本科以上学历；
5年以上生产管理相关经验；
英语4级以上，良好的英语听说读写能力。
较强的沟通与领导能力。
Reporting to Production Manager
Responsible for all assembly and manufacturing activities to ensure efficient production at desired level of quantity, quality and cost. Establish schedules to ensure effective use of manpower, material and equipment.
-Assists in establish production schedule and target to meet customer delivery requirement.
-Organizes material flows and inventory to reach established production target.
-Coordinates with other function managers in planning and implementing manufacturing programs.
-Assists in evaluating and improving manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment and process.
-Manages various programs that lead to improvement in quality, cost and efficiency.
-Evaluates manpower needs and supervises and trains a team of production workers.
-High potential for promotion.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industry engineering. 5 plus years of related experiences. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Familiar with Lean Production systems and ERP systems is preferred. Excellent written & spoken English language skills, minimum CET 4 or equivalent.
