职位描述及要求：
汽车或机械工程相关专业，本科以上学历；
5年以上汽车行业产品销售和市场开发经验；
英语4级以上，良好的英语听说读写能力。
较强的沟通、谈判与营销团队领导能力。

Reporting to Director-Sales and Application Engineering
-Assists to plan, execute and manage sales strategies to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
-Conducts sales and product meetings and presentation to customers.
-Develops and presents 4x4 and AWD solution for different vehicle applications for customers
-Develops and manage sales budget
-Develops and maintain close customer contacts
Participates in establishing pricing and contract negotiation

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in automotive or mechanical engineering, 5 year industry product sales or marketing experiences. Excellent written & spoken English language skills, minimum CET4 or equivalent.
Business acumen, Customer focus, Building effective team, Informing, Learning on the fly, Creativity, Action oriented, Drive for results, Perspective and Functional technical skills.
