职位描述及要求:
Job Description:
-Dispatch service engineers and coordinate required resources such as service parts
-Set dispatch priorities according to customer needs; service contract, account type and special sales situation.
-Proactively arrange scheduled services for service contract customer and key accounts.
-Be knowledgeable about products to answer all customer enquiries.
-Coordinate between customer, service part warehouse, service team and sales team
-Identify & respond to customer service inquires either direct or through Call Center. Provide a client focused first point of contact to answer customer inquires and process customer request accordingly.
-Provide resolution for non- technical customer inquires, provide information for customer services. This includes fulfilling service or consumable parts, service quote, delivery date and related inquires.
-Communicate service confirmations to customer
-Collect and provide proper customer data and information for account set up and maintenance.
-Various other duties as requested by the department manager
Key Metrics:
-Effective communication with customer and internal organization.
-Good teamwork
-Timeliness follow up with customer request and internal inquiries
-Optimized assignment of engineer workload and required service part.
-Customer satisfaction by feedback and CAS survey
Qualifications:
-Must have
-College degree in business administration or international trade.
-Customer service attitude and experience
-Self motivated and result oriented
-Detail oriented and well organized.
-Fast learning
-Strong written and oral communication for both English and Chinese
-Good to have
-Extensive customer service experience will be preferred
-Engineering degree will be preferred
-SAP experience is a plus
