职位描述及要求：
Job Duties:
- To plan, organize and control all quality inspection functions, supervise QC inspectors & implement company’s QC program to improve quality standard of goods meeting / exceeding customers requirements.
- To conduct factory evaluation on quality system and compliance.
- To plan weekly inspection schedule.
- To work closely with QC coordinator, QA technicians and merchandisers.
- To lead and motivate inspectors to conduct QC inspections and reporting procedures effectively and efficiently.
- To resolve quality problems found with factories / QA / Merchant / Buyer.
- To provide technical advice and training to inspectors for quality improvement.
- To provide weekly / monthly quality statistic, factory / inspector performance reports, etc.
- To control inspection expenses.
- To conduct inspection for critical orders when needed.
- To conduct staff appraisal.
Requirements:
- Relevant working experience above 8 years, with minimum 2 years in supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge in Quality Requirements.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure.
- With team spirit and passion for excellence.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English of Garment.
- Graduation from Garment / Textile Technicology college or university is preferred.
- Be willing to travel.
