Job Description:

1. Recruitment and staffing to meet business requirements on time by quantity and quality.
2. Cooperate with departments actively on job descriptions.
3. Make recruiting plan according to approved staff request.
4. Develop and manage recruiting channels.
5. Talent database management.
6. Provide monthly recruitment report.
7. Establish effective measurements to analyze cost of hire, cycle time to fill vacancies.
8. Carry out other relative tasks assigned by supervisor according to business needs.

Requirements:
1. college or above.
2. 5-8 years HR work experience including 3-5 years recruitment work experience, prefer working in manufactory.
3. Familiar with national and local labor laws.
4. Solid recruiting and interviewing skills.
5. Strong communication, influencing skills, independent, well organized.
6. Fluent spoken and written English.
7. Good computer skills.
