职位描述及要求：
Purpose of Role:
- In charge of SW development and verification
- Responsible for project planning, managing, leading project members and insuring the quality of deliverables for the product programs

Responsible for:
- Team Leader and liaison to all parties related to maintain positive working relationships
- Ensure all customer requirements are clearly identified in the software specification requirement
- Report any issues immediately that will hinder the ability of the team to meet delivery dates along with recommended solutions to rectify the problem
- Understand communicate and help resolve technical challenges internally as well as externally
- Definition and management of technical and architectural aspects issues on project, include technical decision and quality projects
- Defines development activities, estimates and schedule on specific projects
- Leading design and development activities within project
- Manages and delegates project activities against development schedule
- Manage and mentoring resources on technical concepts for project functionality
- Enforcement and assists in definition of standards, guidelines and processes on project

What we ask:
- Bachelor degree or above
- CET 4 or above
- PMP or IPMP is a plus

Specific knowledge/experience:
- At least 4 years software development or verification experience and 2-4 years as a project manager
- Full Project Lifecycle experience
- Excellent problem solving and risk management skills
- Ability to work within strict deadlines and quality guidelines
- Object oriented programming skills
- Knowledge of database
- Understanding on software engineering process/procedure and CMM/CMMI philosophy
- Proficiency in English
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Specification & Software architecture skills are pluses
