因公司业务发展需要，在上海诚聘以下人才：


职位描述：

1.Answer all overseas inquiries,coordinate and Follow-up on overseas routing orders if necessary.
2.Make booking with shipping lines, arrange pick-up/loading with subcontractors and present customs doc on time.
3.Keep shipments on board as per schedule.
4.Raise invoices to customers/agents on time and correctly
5.Send Pre-alert with shipping documents to overseas office/agents after vessel departure.
6.Keep overseas offices and customers constantly up-dated on their shipments.
7.Check and approve the invoices from overseas offices/agents, carriers and sub-contractors; raise application to accounts dept for payment.
8.Chase profit shares from overseas office/agents.
9.Do closings of every month.
10.In-door customers maintenance.
11.Awareness and responsibility of profit.

职位要求：


1.有两年以上一级货代或二级货代的出口操作从业经验。
2.具有良好的沟通、协调、应变、接受能力，有强烈责任心和团队合作精神。
3.熟练使用办公自动化，工作效率高。
4.大专及以上学历，具良英语读写及口语能力。
