Job Description:



Strengthen communication with customers
Maintain customers, meet their demand efficiently
Supply the table and data for customers needed
Settle the complain from customer, draw out their suggestion and feedback to improve service quality
Efficiently organize OP dept. working, keep op for large customers in order
Keep the information inputting correctly and in time, keep the KPI in standard
Improve files management.
Supply the information and data as customer needed correct and in time
Set up files for every bills
Management for business data and customer information, can supply analysis data
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to get the necessary cooperation
Take charge the business of road freight operation
Assist manager set up the road freight operation team
Select truck vendor
Manage truck vendor
Set up standard KPI assess for truck vendor



Job Requirement:



Have strong liability for the job
Have good communication with others
Have good team work sprit
Have good at PC operation
Know the price system about LTL and FTL in BJS market
Know the road freight mode in BJS market
1 year of relevant working experience preferably in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry
College qualification
Fluent in English
