职位描述及要求：
Requirements:
1. University graduate, in relevant majors like engineering/mechanism or international trade related field.
2. 2 years or more experience in sourcing and in international trading.
3. Fluent in English in writing and speaking.
4. Excellent skills in Windows office applications like Word, Excel,
5. Willing to extensive travel.
6. Good communication & negotiation skill, positive thinking, aggressive, self-motivated &ability to work as a team-member, especially with overseas colleagues.
7. be able to work independently and under high pressure.
8. Knowledge of ceramic, brass& wood plumbing, and kitchen products.
9. Strong technical understanding and sourcing skills for identifying new suppliers for new products
10. Good organizational skills (Updating maintaining price lists, product sheets etc.)
11. Experience in vendor evaluation
12. Strong follow-up capabilities and communication with customers, vendors and overseas office
13. Honesty and integrity and be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Responsibility:
1. Sourcing of various bathroom and kitchen accessory for American market.
2. Development of new products with new or existing suppliers according to customer's samples and/or drawings (including customer's private label packaging)from first inquiry up to first order.
3. Establishment of QC-guidelines for and together with QC-staff. )
4. Sourcing identification of new suppliers for new or existing product ranges via various channels (internet, associations, exhibitions etc.)
5. Factory audits documentation thereof
6. Price negotiations calculations in compliance with company's purchasing pricing strategies and policies
7. Responsible for product development, price negotiation, quote preparation & working independently with overseas associates & mainland factories.
