1）学历/专业：大学本科及以上学历/机械或机电类相关专业
2）电脑操作：熟练应用Office，AUTOCAD，有Ansoft或COSMOSEMS或ANSYS电磁分析和设计经验
3）语言能力：英语四级以上，听说读写流利
4）技能/经验：有电梯曳引机设计和开发经验者优先
5）能吃苦耐劳，责任心强，有钻研精神、奉献精神和团队协作精神
