职位描述及要求：
1、 领导编制部门的长远发展规划，审定年度部门经营综合计划，提出各个时期部门的奋斗目标和中心工作及重大措施方案，使企业不断增强活力，开拓前进。
2、 加强部门经营管理，不断提高部门管理素质，确保全面完成任期责任目标和年度方针目标，不断提高企业经济效益。
3、 领导部门进行技术革新，搞好部门的挖潜、革新、改造和新品开发，不断提高部门的技术素质，努力赶超国内外先进水平。
4、 实行全面质量管理，确保产品质量稳定提高，满足用户需求。
5、 加强职工文化技术教育，促进知识更新，不断提高部门人才素质。
• 安排QC工作人员去工厂抽查生产线及尾期检定。
• 联络服装跟单员，确保所工艺技术及资料齐全。
• 确保给工厂的服装工艺是清楚和最新的资料
• 安排面料测试等工作程序。
• 要对针织、梭织有扎实的基础， 以及懂得AQL国际标准。
• 至少要有5年此岗位或类似的管理经验。
• 需有流利的英文口语书写能力。
• 有较强的综合协调能力和组织管理能力；
• 虚心学习，积极进取，有较强的工作责任感和事业心；
• 坚持原则，廉洁奉公
• Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards: Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
• Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
• Directs, through intermediate personnel, workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
• Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
• May investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.
• AQL knowledge is a must.
