职位描述及要求：
Job Description：
Each Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for processing progress payments, preparing engineer’s estimates for the contract variations, participate in value engineering exercises, assist in claims review process and preparing Engineer’s Estimate for contract cost variations
•Participate in project agreement management, cost control, budget planning, material cost estimation
•Participate and communicate material trading department
Participate project development, project construction and related technical management of construction activity, including evaluating project bid document,project design and installation solution, drawing and design change during installation, quality issues etc
•Maintaining a log of all construction cost variations and provide forecasts
Requirements:
Knowledge：
(a)Construction related major with bachelor degrees graduated more than 6 years
(b)Fluent in daily English communication
(c)Well known of all construction materials and products of power electricity and weak
current
Technical experience：
(a)4 years experiences of construction related product
(b)2 years foreign enterprise PM work experience
(c)Skill with MS Office or related word processing software
(d)Strong management ability in project management
(e)Training experience
Ability:
Good communication ability and team player
Character:
Hard working, aspect in all areas and willing to travel
