-POSITION OBJECTIVE
-MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Scheduling
-Complete detail project dating for all projects
-Lead biweekly meeting with PM
-Update schedules on an on-going basis
-Monthly monitor S&OP HW releasing hit-rate
-Monitor and track O'Hara and SDC shipments status
-Communicate the test schedule with technician team
-Monitor ship to site and OPI schedules
-Work with Proposal team to come out the reasonable schedule for projects under negotiation.
-Communicate project changes with O'Hara master scheduler
Develop Cabinet schedule -- Rolling three month schedule
-Communicate schedule with SAIC
-All scheduling with SAIC is done through planning team
Test Floor Load
-Develop six month test floor load profile -- distribute monthly
Inventory management:
-Monitor China WIP on monthly basis, analyze reasons of top contributors in POC and Milestone projects respectively
-Work with PM's to investigate WIP resulted from customer requested delays and identify areas of improvement.
Process Improvements
-Develop documentation for planning team in Shanghai
-Work with O'Hara on identified improvement projects.

-Skilled at office computer skills.
-Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning System.
-Must be proficient in Chinese and English.

-EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
BS in Industrial Engineering, Supply Management or Operations Research or it's equivalent
Background in Project Management is desirable
3-5 years experience in Production Planning
Fluent in both written and spoken English
