Department: RMT
Organization: Emerson Process Management China
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Meet ITG Team target booking. (ITG refers to Inventory Tank Gauging 计量及雷达液位测量系统)
2.Conduct ITG customer training: hold twice at least annually with participator around 20~30 people
3.Continue to gain market share in CNPC & SINOPEC marketing company
4.Develop QBR and hold high level seminar
5.Key ITG project pursuit, including some major tank farm project
6.ITG Project Management
7.Standardize ITG project proposal & execution procedure with Project Managers to take lead of the job and confirm the project execute smoothly.
8.Shipment & Quality: improve shipment status and minimize quality problem
9.Keep building and developing sales channel for dedicated market
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1.Degree in Engineering. Preferred field of Instrumentation or Process Automation, or Chemical Engineering.
2.Minimum of 8 years experience in the process control industry or instrumentation environment.
3.A proactive communicator
4.Good English language.
5.Strong business management and customer orientation
6.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7.Good planning and priority management.
