任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，机械类或机电类相关专业优先；
2、三年以上品质工程管理、品质专案管理工作经验；
3、掌握电机类产品的来料检验试验方法，有实际操作技能，有阅读本专业英语资料的能力；
4、普通话、粤语流利，良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，较强的语言沟通和语言编写能力；
5、有良好的沟通、协调能力；
6、对工作有责任感，原则性强，有紧急事务处理能力；

主要职责和基本职能：
1、参与对供应商以及来料产品质量的管理和控制。
2、为供应商改善质量保证体系提供辅导。
3、处理公司产品及来料品质的异常情形。
4、处理客户品质报怨。
5、参与公司年度内审。
6、其他指派工作。
