• 负责公司在相关业务领域的客户服务、客户开发与维护；
• 根据客户需求进行活动方案的撰写和策划，为客户提供专业而高效的公关服务；
• 负责团队的管理和部门培训，协调指导部门工作；

职位要求：

• 大学本科以上学历，三年以上大中型公关公司工作经验，有国际公关公司经验者优先
• 扎实的公共关系、市场营销及传播专业知识，熟悉客户服务运作流程；
• 优秀的口头表达能力，能与客户进行良好的沟通，并能为客户提供建设性的建议；
• 良好的管理、团队协作及团队激励能力，工作敬业，积极进取；
• 较强的沟通能力和协调能力
• 优秀的中文写作和英文读写能力，大学英语四级或以上，英语专业优先
• 熟练掌握 Word, Excel, PowerPoint 等办公软件

Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Responsible for the customer service, client development and maintenance in related filed.
• Develop PR strategic proposals according to clients' needs and responsible for its professional implement as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Responsible for team management and department training, able to coordinate and guide the department work .

QUALIFICATION

• University Degree or above, at least 3 three years PR experience of which in international PR company is an advantage .
• Well-versed in PR, Marketing, Advertising knowledge is e ssential, familiar with the customer service and business process.
• Good expression, able to communicate with clients well and to present the constructive proposal.
• A detailed and efficient team player with strong leadership management
• An outgoing personality with good communication and co-ordination skills
• Able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc efficiently
• Excellent written Chinese ability, a g ood command of spoken and written English, CET4 or above, English major is preferred.
