   我公司欲为上海奉贤仓库招聘一位精明强干的仓库主管,至少须要有5年以上的仓库管理经验.
基本职责:
1:下设一个领班并配备20几个仓库雇员;
2:熟练处理出口单证,仓储,分捡,包装及货物的装备与卸载等出口业务;
3:能够通过提高个人生产效率来控制成本,并能高效合理的分配和使用仓储空间,正确地保护库存商品;
4:研究供应链管理成本,并缩短出口供货周期;
5:确保仓储的完整性,如:货品数量的准确性和所贴标记的准确性;
6:确保仓库管理符合公司的宗旨,安全准则和环保准则.
资历要求:
   至少有5年以上的仓库管理经验,曾直接管理和/或领导过仓库雇员和/或在销售中心工作过;
1:激励和领导各个团队;
2:熟练掌握仓库管理技术;
3:发挥主观能动性,可独立工作,有良好的分析,沟通,组织和组建队伍的能力;
4:具备学习研究各种业务企划的知识和能力;
5:能熟练操作Word和Excel.

Warehouse Management

We seek an energetic Warehouse Operations Manager for our warehouse operation in Feng Xian奉贤 district. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years warehouse managerial experience.

Principal Accountabilities:  
- Organize and direct 1 supervisor and manage about 20 employees
- Manage the receipt, storage, selection, and packaging, loading and shipping of products in an export warehouse environment.
- Control costs through productivity of personnel, efficient utilization of storage space and proper protection of stored materials
- Study supply chain cost and short the export supply cycle  
- Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts.
- Insure inventory integrity as to both quantities, labeling
- Assure compliance with company policies and safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse management and direct supervision of employees in a warehouse and or distribution center environment.
- Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
- Experience with Warehouse Management technology
- Must demonstrate initiative, be able to work independently, and have
very good analytical, communication, organizational and team building skills.
-Knowledge of and / or the ability to learn all aspects of operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
