职位描述及要求：
The Challenge
-Be responsible for tax invoice for sales from DNP's Shanghai companies to customers in China:
-Issue tax invoice against the sales invoice for local sales.
-Collect VAT invoice generated by FA for sales from trading company before sending to customer.
-Courier tax invoice to customers.
-Support to the credit controller on customer payment.
-Maintain tax invoicing system and request for trouble shooting.
-Be responsible for customer master data – sales view:
-Create customer master data, ship-to partner
-Maintain customer segmentation data e.g. sales person, region etc. in the system.
-Be responsible for monthly freight statistics and lodging service defect :
-Input freight against sales order in Z-freight system..
-Agree monthly transport volume and freight amount with service provider
-Lodge service defect
-Be responsible for other jobs assigned by line manager.

The Ideal -College degree or above
-Fresh graduate could be considered
-Be patient and have sense of responsibility
-Good computer skills
-CET-4
