职位描述及要求：
Job Responsibilities
？ Must maintain a safe working environment.
？ Conduct and document testing of customer samples as required. Tests will initially include:
a) Degree of cure evaluations via FTIR.
b) Microscopic evaluation of optical fiber and ribbon samples.
c) Viscosity measurements of liquid samples.
d) Other new FOM equipments.
e) QC for DDSC products.
？ Will be required to write reports, in English, summarizing test results.
？ Must maintain an efficient filing system to facilitate rapid retrieval of desired information.
？ Comply with DSM China and DSM Desotech procedures.

Qualifications & Attributes
？ Minimum of a college degree in chemistry or related industry.
？ Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
？ Must be skilled in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
？ Preferable 1 year working experience in the field of chemical laboratory.
