职位描述及要求：
Primary Objectives -
Production supervision-Day-to-day management to produce sizing products in the required quantity and quality within legal and DSM requirements regarding safety, health and environment.. Manage, train and coach shift leaders.
-Production planning-Translate general production planning into detailed work planning in cooperation with shift leaders.
-Coordination with daily cycle functions-Set priorities in maintenance and short term improvement actions during daily meetings.

Job Responsibilities -

General
Actively follow and comply with all legal and company requirements regarding safety, health & environment. Stimulate and coach colleagues and reports towards higher standards.
-Follow company HR policies.
-Adhere to intellectual property protection policies.

Production supervision
-Manage daily operation of the Sizing plant.
-Ensure all necessary operating procedures (SOP) are in place and adequately trained.-
Prepare work schedules of shifts, adapt schedule if circumstances require.-Ensure output of the plant with regards to required quantity and quality.
-Coordinate with site maintenance department to set priorities in maintenance tasks to maximize plant integrity and availability.
-Train and coach shift leaders. Ensure that all required training is given to shift leaders and operators.

Production planning
-Translate general production planning into detailed daily activity.
-Coordinate with logistic functions to align on RM and finished goods deliveries

Other
-Participate in management of change processes w.r.t. equipment, product recipes and organization.
-Participate in asset utilization; improve equipment reliability and other improvement work processes.
-Daily supervision of raw material and product warehouses.
-Support investigation of customer complaints.
-Manage waste streams. Minimize waste production and support efficient processing and removal.
-Prepare department budget and take responsibility for spenditure within the agreed limits.

Qualifications & Attributes -
-College above, major in Chemical Technology
-3-6 years of experience in relating or similar roles/sectors are preferred to carry out the job
-Production management, moderate.
-Resin production experience, moderate.
-Chemical engineering, moderate.
-English, moderate
