职位描述及要求：
Job Description:
1. To be responsible for Safety, Health and Environment in his/her own areas and promote / contribute to safe working practices at all times. He/she observes the SHE regulations and fulfils a warning function when regulations are not met or when a dangerous situation occurs
2. He/she observes the Security regulations, takes care to be aware, trained and completed formal registration (e.g. Non Disclosure Agreement) and fulfils a warning function when regulations are not met or when an insecure situation occurs.
3. Analyze and review the telecommunication cost occurred in DSM China, propose and implement the cost effective solution. Provide detailed user requirements to the Global team
4. Work with Global team, prepare and verify the Global telephony solution, check the feasibility in China . Provide all necessary assistance to the global team and act as a global team member.
5. Understand and comply with the related telecommunication regulation or law, communicate with local and global ICT team if necessary
6. Manage and support the telephony system on daily basis, e.g. write the technical document to record the system configuration, change the PABX setting, answer the questions.
7. Manage the service contract with service vendor and telecommunication provider, monitor, review and manage the service level. Establish and maintain the relationship with vendor and telecommunication provider.
Qualification:
1.Educational level: University
2.Required knowledge:
-At least 2 years working experience on PABX support and management, Alcatel or Nortel is preferable.
-Have strong knowledge on TCP/IP, SIP, VOIP, SS7 , GSM , NGN
-Be familiar with Cisco route and LAN switch
-Have knowledge on Microsoft exchange, office communication server, front end server
3.Experience of 2-5 years in PABX support, preferable ITIL knowledge
