职位描述及要求：
Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility

-Regular visits/contacts to customer for technical issue.
-Prepare technical supporting materials.
-Provide formulation & application support
-Liaise with R&D & HQ
-Daily contact with account manager for technical supporting
-Investigate, document and resolve customer's technical complaints in a timely fashion.
-Monitor competitor's technical moving.
-Collect market and competition information.
-Responsible for training for customer and sales
-Web-site management and give relative technical support
-Provide training to internal and external people

Required level of experiences

-At least 5 years working experience on technical supporting in Chemistry industry
-Coating Resin & Coating industry background are necessary
-Solid technical knowledge in coating, coating resin and relative industry
-Willing to travel extensively
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Good team player
