Direct Responsible: Quality Manager 直接汇报：质量经理
Essential Duties主要职责：
Identify, develop and implement programs to improve operating availability, reliability, quality, safety, and reduce variation in the process.
确定，发展和实施计划以改进运行可用性，可靠性，质量，安全和减少过程波动。
Set up necessary internal quality assurance processes for the production.
设立生产相关的必要的内部质量保证过程。
Perform the double check for the pointed important processes, to collect and file the unqualified information and inform the relation person, and push to be handling with till the NCR (Non-Conforming Report) be closed. If necessary need to request the correct or preventive action and push to be closed.
对指定的重要过程执行双重检查，收集和整理不合格品信息并通知相关人员，推动处理过程直至NCR（不合格报告）关闭。如有必要要求纠正或预防措施关闭
Teach & facilitate the use of various structured problem solving techniques, team effectiveness techniques and drive the workshop participants to implement improvement tools using team ideas and solutions that will achieve real and sustainable improvements in manufacturing capacity, quality and cost.
指导和促进多样化的问题解决方法、团队有效性方法的运用，推动车间人员通过团队交流实施改进工具，以实现在产能、质量和成本方面的切实和长期的改进。
Monitor the product quality performance in order to predict adverse trends and take leadership for quality problem solving / corrective & preventive action developed and implemented in quality aspects.
监控产品质量表现以预测发展趋势，主导与质量部门相关的问题解决/纠正预防措施的开发和实施。
Work with Production Dept. and Maintenance Dept. for small project in production.
与生产和维修部门协作实施生产工艺的相关改进计划。
Maintain site level documents in accordance with ISO9001 requirements.
确保现场文件符合ISO9001要求。
Support Quality related training and Quality Management initiatives.
支援质量相关培训和质量管理项目。
Assist the quality manager to improve the quality system.
协助质量经理改进质量体系。
Qualification/Requirements资格/要求:
Bachelor degree in chemical engineering, fine chemicals, quality engineering and/or other relevant education.
获得以下专业学士学位：化学工程，精细化工，质量工程和/或其它相关专业。
Experience of 3 years or longer in related process industries. Preferably, experience with the production of polymer, fine chemicals, etc.
相关流程性行业3年以上经验。具有聚合物，精细化学品生产相关经验者优先。
Knowledgeable in chemical manufacturing process, laboratory analysis, and quality systems.
具有化学品生产工艺，实验室分析和质量体系的相关知识。
Good communication skill and team work spirit, willing to take challenge and work under pressure.
良好的沟通技能和团队工作精神，愿意接受挑战和在压力下工作。
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to identify cause-effect relationships, patterns, implications of data, and be able to integrate pieces into a meaningful whole.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow through.

Good English and Mandarin in reading, speaking and writing.
