Requirements

Bachelor degree or above graduated from first-class University
Must have 2-year experience above in merchandising at trading company or buying office
Good demand of fashion trend
Must be familiar with promotional products and sundry items
Good negotiation skills and fast learning
Work carefully and afford pressure, Good sense of time management
CET 6 or above, with good speaking,reading and listening ability
Be familiar with windows and online sourcing, and office software such as word/excel/ppt

重点院校本科以上学历，至少2年以上相关的采购经验
必须熟悉促销品及杂货，并且拥有一定的审美，了解国内外时尚的流行趋势，将此与客户的需求结合在一起
熟悉江浙一带工厂者优先考虑，拥有一定的供应商渠道与资源
有良好的时间管理意识，学习能力强，逻辑思维强、考虑问题全面周到
良好的谈判能力以及判断能力
英语CET6或以上，具有较强的读写水平，口语流利
熟练掌握windows系统，具有较强的网上sourcing能力，能够灵活运用Word/Excel/PPT等办公软件

Description of the position

Assist the sales department to source the potential vendors and get quotations
Be sure the quotations and samples are turned around quickly based on requirements
Price negotiation and factory screening before placing order
Production and transportation management and follow up, make QC report and apply for the payment
Management of vendors and products database

协助业务部门搜集合适的供应商，并向其发出采购询函
跟踪订单前样板索取、或打样等事宜
协助采购主管进行价格谈判、订单签订
生产管理与跟进、质检及出货管理、付款
供应商信息管理及产品信息管理
